"Love the location and friendliness of staff. The fridge in room didn’t get very cold and maintenance said they were all that way and needed to get new ones."

"We have stayed at this hotel every year for the past several years for our son’s annual Mayo Clinic visit. After his appointments we put our best efforts into making this trip feel like a vacation for the kids and this is our “fancy” hotel we stay at. Right next to the Mall of America, IHOP, and pretty much a straight shot to head out of town back home. Staff have always been accommodating to our family and the kids love the breakfast. Rooms are always clean and orderly. They offer several services we don’t really use but would be very beneficial if need be as well. "

"Stayed for two nights. Nice folks at the front counter. Room was clean and all components (shower, bath, sink, TV, WiFi) working. Main lobby clean and inviting. Did not venture into the pool area."
