Secure garden and Off road parking for 2 cars. 3 bedrooms - one double, one double plus a single bed and a single room which is downstairs. The bathroom is upstairs. Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, fridge freezer, electric hob and oven. Television with DVD player, Full central heating and electric log effect fire. Only 2 miles from Whitby and Sandsend. Next to a small Alpaca farm. Open views over farmland. Cot, high chair and stair gates available on request. WiFi connection recently added.

Great holiday
This is the sixth time at grain cottage lovely place lovely friendly hosts if you want to meet the alpacas just ask and Pauline will take you to meet them. We always have a great holiday there and our dog loves it as well

This is a lovely cottage we really enjoyed our stay. Our dog loved running around the enclosed garden. The location is great for visiting Whitby, Sandsend Staithes and Runswick Bay.

Our second visit was as good as our first, great property, hosts , location and area. The house was warm dry and comfortable for 3 generations of family in this variable weather, the hospitality was much appreciated! Hope to be back again soon

Great Cottage and Location
It is a lovely cottage, clean and well maintained throughout with a very modern kitchen and bathroom. The location is superb, quiet and peaceful but just a short distance from the beach and Whitby centre. One of the best cottages we have stayed in.

Lovely Cottage
Lovely Cottage in beautiful setting - will definitely stay here again. Only about 5 minute drive into Whitby and about 10 miles to the beautiful Robin Hood Bay. I brought my two dogs with me and this place was ideal. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming I could not have asked for more!
