Excellent Condo, Excellent Location
2nd time this winter staying in this condo. 4 adults. Clean, updated stylish unit. Comfortable beds and linens. Appreciated the larger living room and seating for 6. Boot dryer was really nice to have. Kitchen was fairly well stocked. Great location for ski in/out. No problems. Manager responded promptly to all communications.

Stylish, comfortable, clean unit is as it appears in photos. Beds and linens very comfortable. Nice to have 2 sofas and the 2 living room chairs. Roomy for 4 adults. Appreciated the boot-warmer. Communication with manager of unit was always prompt and helpful. Woodrun Complex is great location for ski in/out. Hot tub for complex not working properly (lukewarm) and then closed, the first 4 days of our stay. Repaired for the last 2 days. This is not under the hosts' control. Still, would recommend this unit.

Property was great for Ski in Ski out. Just a few steps up to hill out the back door, and your on the Blackcomb Gondola. Shuttle service to Whistler Village is just out front of the location and a 10 minute ride. Park garage is great, so there’s no need to drive to village. Hot tub was great, and the staff was great. I’ll be back

Beautiful ski in and out townhome
Overall, we really loved the property/condo! It had plenty of room, nicely decorated, and is a great location. Was so nice being able to just pick our skiis up from the ski locker, walk outside, and be on the mountain. We very much enjoyed our stay. However, there were some few minor details we feel could be approved upon: 1) wish the height of the garage had been better communicated. We arrived in a Subaru with an enclosed roof rack carrier on top and it did not fit in the garage. We were not the only ones caught off guard by this - watched several other cars pull up and were met by the same surprise. We ended up having to take it off, walk it into the garage, and store in the bicycle storage area. This was ok just wish it had been better communicated on the listing. Also in regards to the condo itself: 1) we only had 1 washcloth in each bathroom. There were 4 of us staying which was noted on our reservation but no other washcloths were to be found. 2) when we arrived, all the dishes were still in the dishwasher. We felt those dishes should have been unloaded before we arrived. 3) Kitchen could really use a small frying pan, regular spatula, and regular drinking glasses (everything was either wine glasses or mugs for the most part). 4) The fireplace doesn't work. The instructions said there was a switch on the side and there was no switch. There was only a thermostat, but it did nothing to turn on the fireplace.

Location, location, location!
This is a true ski in/ski out location. Plus, a ski locker is conveniently located right at the exit to the slopes so no lugging gear around! The hot tub was open 6 of 7 days and was great after a day on the slopes. The condo was very clean, nice appliances and everything is updated. Looked better than the pics, especially the bathrooms which are very nice and modern. Comm with owner was good, he had trash bags sent over the next day after I told him I was running out. Would stay here again.

Inaccurate Listing
The pictures in the listing show an additional bed that was expected and needed our our group’s trip but didn’t exist in the unit. The property manager was unhelpful and just said they forgot to update the pictures. Very small kitchen with just the basic appliances. Although the hot tub is glamorized in most woodrun listings, it was under repair 5 out of 7 days, and the “heated” pool has been close for a long time now. Very disappointed with the rental. The employees of Woodrun were the helpful and attentive.

Paid a lot of money for a month accommodation with five beds and a fireplace in Whistler . When we arrived we discovered there was only beds for four and the fireplace was not functional. Discussed this with the owner only to be fobbed off. Absolutely pissed off with the owner of this property and VRBO. Never again. Book through the building management.

The Woodrun is in a perfect location, and this unit is brand new with great appliances well equipped Kitchen and Graat Living space . We were able to entertain friends with ease. This is going to be oyr go to place
