"We had a wonderful time. The house is stunning; the location is fantastic and the host was absolutely brilliant in being supportive and available for questions at all times during our stay. Likewise the security gate managers were so helpful, and all the staff at the cafe and pool were just so nice. The property has amazing views of the lake, it had all the facilities and equipment we needed and was very comfortable for 6 adults and a small child. We would definitely book again."

Our host was very helpful and gave great recommendations on places to go and things to do in the area. The concierge of the estate also helped make everything smooth and easy. "A lovely 2 day break at the lakes, so peaceful and relaxing. Spa is great too and we pretty much had it to ourselves most of the time. Food in the tipi was also great, would have liked to have seen some more sweet breakfast and healthy options though. It would also be great if there was an on-site shop to buy any groceries/essentials to save having to drive elsewhere."

"It was a perfect property for a large family getting together from different parts of the world. The house is spacious with many sleeping options and well equipped for large groups including cooking facilities. The garden is very pretty and well looked after. We had a great time. "

Lovely staff including Doris

"This hotel is a little remote but that adds to the charm. The staff were friendly and treated us well. The room was spacious, a little cool but well designed. There was a microwave and small air fryer and fridge in the room, however no utensils other than disposable bamboo plates and wooden cutlery, it wasn’t used but could be helpful to know. The breakfast was very good, fruit, cereals, pastries and cooked breakfast as well. The resident cat Doris is a gentle and friendly little old lady aged 19, she is a star member of staff "
