In room bathroom toilet had dried urine drips on floor so they dont wash floor. Leads me to believe what else in room is not cleaned-bed linens, floor?? "

They were always solicitous of our well being, ready to share their personal knowledge of the area, and just out right helpful in so many little ways. Our stay went over the top simply by their kindness. I left with the intention of seeking out a TownePlace Suites for every trip going forward. "
