"The location was perfect! We went to a concert at UBS and the rental was right down the road from the venue, it was super convenient. I also really liked that there were two separate bedrooms and a living room/kitchen area. There's also a countertop with barstools. It is a little small, if you're looking for something more spacious, but the rental serves its purpose! The owner was super communicative. My friend and I made it to New York an hour before check in and I asked if we could check in...

The place is on the basement of the actual home, but it doesn't have a "basement vibe." It truly feels like home. I really loved the fact that everything was furnished, clean, and ready to use. We brought a week's worth of groceries and were able to use the kitchen to the full extent thanks to all the included condiments and cooking...
