"This was a beautiful period property decorated in a modern style. The furniture was lovely and the bed comfy. The shower was more than adequate and the fridge and hot drink making facilities were appreciated. Very clean. Gorgeous location overlooking the loch. Cafes serving breakfast were very close and the town was full of pubs and restaurants. We loved our stay here!"

"Really pleasant stay- great pub, lovely food, comfy bed. My room was beside the road (not that busy at night) but well insulated windows and slept well. Would return. "

"Nice enough staff. The pub looked like a 1970’s Benidorm recreation of a British pub with a ceiling full of beer mats. Food was ok but a little overpriced for pub grub. The outside area was filthy. The doors to the outbuildings that house the rooms were ramshackle. The rooms themselves looked like they were last decorated about 30 years ago. The TV was a 20 year old mini tv with free view that didn’t hold the signal. Neither tv or kettle had a PAT testing sticker. The bathroom was grubby...

"We had booked another hotel in the area and was told on arrival there were no rooms We found this property and booked very last minute an hour before check in They were really friendly and accommodating with all our requests Plenty of additional heating as it was a cold night so a lovely cosy room Excellent would highly recomend"

"A nice family stay, quiet village pub. The host was very helpful including recommending an evening meal in the next village which was great (fighting cocks pub). It seems the venue has stopped doing food, but having said that she still provided us with a perfectly good breakfast. The room was clean, a nice little street village view, we all slept well. Great for country walking, a family visit and somewhere quieter in a local pub."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. Arrived and Parked in Trinity car park opposite and left at 11am the next day. Cost £18 for parking. Staff we nice and friendly, got a free glass of Prosecco on arrival. Room was nice and clean. Bed was a good size for a king size. Didn’t have the best of sleep as could hear a faint beeping noise that kept us awake, dont know if it was something in the hotel or outside but keep going all through the early hours. Would stay again though as it’s on the doorstep to the centre "
