"Very welcoming, forgot to specify that we needed the kids beds to be made up but the lovely lady in reception even come over to our room to ask if we needed her help to make them! Has even gone out of her way to courier something back to us that the kids left behind. Great location and the heated pool was a great bonus! Thank you🙂"
