"Whakata Bach was even nicer in person than it looked online. Nice modern luxuries, fab bbq and great backyard for kids to play in. Great proximity to the beach, store and driving to other part of the peninsula. Pip was a great host with clear and timely communication. Would definitely rent again!"

"We arrived in Mahia and had a week of cold wet southerly weather - so no boating and the sea (NE coast) was too murky for snorkelling.After a few days our adult son ( keen surfer) went off to find swells and my wife and I settled in to sit out the bad weather.Andrew and Aroha’s Bach is snug and warm and with the shade screens down securely we were able to spread out and relax.
