"Nice houses and surroundings. Great place for the kids! We will definitely consider coming back again. Only downside was that the outdoor pool wasn't that clean - but I get that it can be hard to keep it that way outside."

"Stayed in one of the wooden cabins overlooking the marina. Stunning location! Very quiet as very late in the season, but eveything was immaculately maintained. The cabin was clean and tidy, with a great shower room. Settee and dining table. Good WiFi connection in the cabin. Useable kitchenette with two ring hob, kettle, coffee maker, fridge and dishwasher, with plenty of crockery and cutlery. Comfortable beds, although no room at the sides so had to get in and out from the bottom. And...

"Leuk park in mooie locatie en gezellige kleine huisjes. Wij hadden de comfort villa. Woonkamer is lekker ruim, maar de slaapkamers klein. Ik schrok van de erg dunne matrassen, maar het comfort er van was beter dan verwacht. Alleen waren de standaard hoezen niet erg schoon. Dus ik was blij dat we eigen beddengoed bij hadden. "The hotel was easily accessible from the train station, it's about 15 minutes walk from the center of Meppel but we were able to rent e-bike from them and that was super convenient. The staff was super helpful, a lot of college aged students, all were English speakers, and they have a good bar and restaurant. The only complaint was the extras from the bar were quite pricey, but overall very good stay"

"The outside of the hotel is not inviting, being part of a stadium complex. However, inside is a modern, stylish and comfortable place to spend one or two nights. The staff are very professional. The restaurant is good, as is the breakfast selection. The rooms are a good size. Plenty of parking for a small charge. There is a walking route to the centre of Zwolle but it takes 30 minutes."
