This delightful 2 bedroomed cottage is located in the heart of the beautiful market town of Wetherby. It is discreetly situated at the end of a mews terrace with bi-folding doors leading directly from the large breakfast kitchen into the tranquil sun-filled rear courtyard.
Wetherby town with its gorgeous river walks and busy market are less than three minutes walk from your front door.
'Number One' has one double bedroom which can be made up with either two twin beds or one king size bed and a separate single bedroom which can be made up with either a single bed plus slide out bed or alternatively with bunk beds. The living room has a double sofa bed, which means the property can sleep up to 6 people. The large breakfast kitchen area allows for separate socializing and TV viewing away from the living area. Fresh bedding and towels are provided for each new guest and there is on-site secure parking for one or two vehicles. PIN access if required.
Matthew and Lynn run a local fitness business and guests are invited to use their fully equipped fitness studio ( or take part in a boot camp session ( during their stay for no extra charge.
The breakfast kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, toaster, oven/hob, microwave, kettle, large fridge/freezer, and other essential items such as dishwasher, combined washer/dryer and ironing board and iron. Cutlery, crockery and cooking items are provided for your convenience.
Sky TV entertainment is available in the lounge and Superfast Broadband allows you to keep up with emails and social media. Travel cot and high chair are available on request.
The River Wharfe wends its way around and through Wetherby and affords beautiful riverside walks past and under the town’s weir and bridge. For entertainment, Wetherby boasts a full range of shops, coffee shops, bars and restaurants and market square trading on Thursdays and Sundays.
Wetherby lies close to the M1 and is centrally located between Harrogate, York and Leeds. The famous Wetherby Racecourse lies at the edge of the town and historic houses including Harewood House, Bramham Park and Newby Hall are all within easy reach as are the Yorkshire Dales. Any or all of these will provide a great day out.
Desirable wedding venues including Woodhall Spa, Rudding Park and ‘The Normans’ at Bilborough all lie very close by.
