"We received an upgrade to the seafront apartment which was amazing - fantastic accommodation complete with a large balcony overlooking the sea. The proximity to the beach for all the accommodation was brilliant though. "

"Staff were friendly and very professional, nothing was too much trouble for them. They also had good knowledge of Ilfracombe and gave good advice on where to go, what to see, and knew what was happening (i.e. where local bands were playing etc) at night time. My room was clean, tidy, warm, with a lovely power shower. If i had to 'nitpick' i am quite a large person, but, my shower was quite small. However, this would not put me off from booking again and recommend to family and friends. Defiantly a value for money hotel."

"We have stopped in the horizon view complex 6 times and i have to say this apartment exceeds them all we were greeted with fresh flowers and a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates . On arrival the place was spotless me and my husband took our elderly mothers. I think they was expecting the 1980s pontins style as that was possibly the last time they have been to the seaside and like us they were flabbergasted with a view that rivals anywhere in the world we will 100% be returning as we now know which room to book thanks again for a lovely holiday "
