Only slight criticism was the mattress wasn’t very comfortable and the blankets weren’t sufficient other than that was an amazing trip. Would defo revisit. Also the dressing gown supplied was far too small and had 2 both in same size. I am 6ft3 and 17 stone would be fine but the average male but I am a big guy. Other than that can’t fault it. "

"Simple check in though we had to wait until the room was ready. To be fair we were early so no issue. Room was huge and comfortable, if the bathroom was looking a little tired. The room was cold and we couldn’t get any heat at all so resorted to asking reception for a plug in heater which they provided. Breakfast was plentiful, though service was lacking somewhat. We waited almost 30 minutes for a latte coffee even with 2 reminders to the waiting staff. Normally they charge £4 extra for what they deem as ‘speciality’ coffees which seems a bit steep on top of the £24 charge for breakfast. However, we weren’t charged as we waited so long. "
