"We had a lovely tidy big room with separate bedroom. It warm and quiet. Had beds for 5 but only 2 chairs at the table and a 2 seater sofa. Would havd needed more plates if there'd bern more of us. A good place to stay with the restaurant and phoenix entertainment centre next door. Would stay again."

"Room is fine. Spacious, two sinks, class, etc 15 minute walk to get to Victorian precinct. Fine if you are able to walk comfortably. "
