"I did a review before about the tubs and toilet neede to be restained and new toilets in the rooms i have visited the property since the last review and seen that quite a few of the rooms has been redone looks way better i would give it a 4 star but needs a little more work i travel and im here often dew to my job but definelty have seen some changes thank you"

"This is a modest property. The furniture is shabby. It was very clean, except for the AC unit, which needs to be cleaned. The bed was comfortable. I slept well and my back did not hurt. The sheets are a bit threadbare, but much mor comfortable than the scatchy sheets I had at Holiday Inn. The hotel would be great if the owners upgraded with a theme, even shabby chic. Paint that old furniture! Make it bright! Embrace retro! Since the window would not open, I slept with the door cracked open...

"A friend and I were in Hanover to see a comedy show. This hotel was adequate for a one night stay when we really only needed a place to sleep. It was difficult booking an Uber on a Sunday afternoon to go from the hotel to downtown Hanover. On the way back, we gave up on Uber and walked the 2 miles. It was an easy and safe walk."

"The pool has trees growing, the bathroom door was grime and lipstick . So we really needed a place to stay overnight . It was a bit gross. Sheets and towels were clean , no bed bugs, fridge, ac worked . A big space under the door so we put the rug to block it . No batteries in tv remote, cigarette burns on the bedspread which was also the blanket . I’m not sure if he is trying to fix it up or just doesn’t care . Pay a bit more and don’t go here . "We really enjoyed this slice of heaven. We drove up for my husband’s birthday. He’s a history buff, so it was perfect in terms of location. Only 10-15 minutes from Gettysburg. The stream flowing behind the cabin was just amazing. Beautiful cabin. Would definitely recommend. "
