"Neighboring room had young adults tossing a football around the parking lot..with loud music. After talking to them, they settled down. Room was clean enough..Wiped everything down..white glove test-OK. The carpets were filthy. The chair and ottoman were filthy. Tear in the chair fabric, but I had no intention to sit there. The toilet did not flush. I opened the tank and adjusted the ball flap to get tank to fill with water. Breakfast was very good. Good variety of items. Mattress very soft. "
