"We stayed here for a mini break. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and especially the two ladies who served us. Great sense of humour and nothing too much trouble. Room was spotless and bed very comfortable. The location is great with the transport museum next door and Southwold, Snape and Aldeburgh a short drive away. We would definitely recommend to friends and family and also return if we visit Suffolk again. "

"2 night stay, arriving on a Sunday early evening, check in was great, lovely staff, advised us that there were free canapés for guests at 6.45, we had a wonderful meal in the restaurant, there was a choice of roast or other items off the menu. Our room was very comfortable and clean, breakfast in the morning had a good choice of cold buffet style items and also you could order hot food from the breakfast menu. There was a friendly bar area for the evenings and a nice outside seating area too. All in all a lovely stay. "

"Stayed at the hotel for a wedding. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and I would definitely return to the hotel. The room was excellent with everything I needed. The bed was really comfy and the pillows were so lovely. Lovely cooked breakfast and great alternative selection. "

"One of the best Holiday Inn we have stayed at with great spa facilities including swimming, sauna, steam and jacuzzi. Also catered for gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options in breakfast and dining options. Decent breakfast with nice smoothies! We booked a premium room so had complimentary mini bar replenished everyday with free water, chocolates, crisps and pepsi. My daughter enjoyed playing in the kids area with table football, jengha and 4 in a row! Staff were very helpful and nice too. Special thanks to Laura who was more than happy to help with a smile always! Great experience and would definitely visit again!"

"Perfect onsite parking directly outside the hotel. 5mins walk to the beach and other attractions, shops, arcades etc. Old building with dated decor, carpets and rooms. Still had everything needed to have an enjoyable stay, fridge, microwave and kettle in room. A lift in main reception which I used to take my luggage up to 3rd floor. At £35 a night, I will definitely be booking again. Very pleasant front of house staff 😊"
