"Usually our stay is great. It was clearly understaffed this time. We arrived at 4 and waited almost two hours for our room. Trash was over flowing in lobby and outside. Everything else was fine. Pool was nice"

"The Renaissance Toledo Hotel was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located near the Huntington Center. We were able to easily walk to a restaurant before the show and then easily walk back to the hotel after. I would highly recommend the Renaissance Toledo Hotel and would stay there again."
