"My family and I were in town to tour Boston College because our son starts there in the fall and we wanted to stay near the school and get the feel of the neighborhood. The home was in a perfect location and great neighborhood. We were only a few minutes from the college and about 20 minutes from downtown Boston. The host was great with recommendations to stores and restaurants both near the home and downtown. I would definitely stay here again. Also, I drive a big truck so off street parking...

"We drove from Wisconsin to bring one child back to The Winchendon School and to tour Curry College for another. We planned to be back and forth a lot and found the location of this property decent. Our goal with renting a property is to prepare our own meals and to have a comfortable space. The kitchen had basic supplies/equipment. "We had eight of us total staying at this house and there was plenty of room for everybody to sleep comfortably and to lounge around the house. There is great outdoor space ample parking and the location was excellent to walk to nearby restaurants and shops. "Ten family members from four states convened in Andover for a holiday reunion and retreat. This was a great house for that. Great layout, spacious common areas, ample windows to welcome natural light, a fully equipped kitchen (great for this group that did its own cooking), comfy beds, and a great location. "The space was much larger than we expected. Plenty of space for all 8 of us to be in one room but also lots of space to sit quietly and read a book while other socialized. "My brother and I stayed while we were visiting family. We found the home clean and comfortable with easy access to the highways we needed.
