"Very clean! Summer time would be better so we could sit outside and enjoy the sound of the river that's right outside the back door. There was some garbage behind the shed that didn't look good but with the weather being cold we didn't spend time outside except to walk and let our dog go potty. Other than that, it was cozy and a nice stay!"

"We came to Eugene to visit our son and his wife and two young kids. Our other son and partner joined us and we brought my husband’s mother. This house was perfect for us. The single floor layout was great for the kids, ages 1 and 3, and 82 year old grandma. The privacy of the house was great. The kitchen was well equipped for making Thanksgiving dinner. Being dog friendly was a plus for us. The owners were easy to communicate with and welcomed us to have our local son and family over. We greatly appreciated their hospitality. This wonderful place helped ys have a simple and wonderful holiday. "
