"Our room was very spacious with plenty of places to hang jackets, etc. The owner went out of their way to help interpret for us to make things easier. The breakfast was wonderful. Eggs made to order. "

"On check-in no explanation. It seems that we were disturbing and they were in a rush to get rid of us. "

"Very good hotel, only stayed one night but the room had plenty of towels and quality soap, very nice art hung up nice ambiance and there is a small gym available. Checking in is very easy and convenient and staff are polite. Only things were a few big stains on the carpet and the TV only had cable no streaming options. "

"Great house in a fantastic location and a host who really gets it and did everything to make things nice and easy for us. We will be staying here again next year 100%!"

"Alfred and Nicole’s place is so artfully done, peaceful, and comfortable. It is impeccably clean and they were the most welcoming hosts we’ve ever had. The property is just outside a small town, and there isn’t too much traffic during the day but at night it is silent. They were so welcoming of our little dachshund, and the gate can be closed to provide a safe place for a doggie to investigate. Their dog Paul is a lovely good boy. Our hosts recommended a wonderful nearby hike and other nearby things to do. We are looking forward to coming back the next time we are this way. Can’t say enough about how great Ommelsbacher Mühle is! Thank you both so very much."

"Cute small family run hotel located on a fascinating old city wall or “Eselswall”. Great staff, lovely dining room with a good breakfast included in the room price. Would happily return when in the Westerwald region. "
