"Trotz bestätigte Reservierung war das Zimmer nicht verfügbar. Ich sollte dann einen sehr hohen Betrag zahlen, dass ich ein anderes Zimmer bekomme, weil angeblich eben mit der Buchungsplattform über die ich gebucht habe, nicht mehr kooperiert wird. Die Buchungsplattform sagt genau das Gegenteil, dass die Hotels Bei Ihnen inserieren . Letztendlich musste ich leider aufgrund der Unfähigkeit des Hotels auf der Straße schlafen. Und das im Kriegsgebiet.! Herzlichen Dank an das Hotel und ich empfehle...

"こちらの宿泊施設は現在hotels.comからの予約は受け付けていないため（スタッフの方にはっきりそう言われました）、このhotels.comからの予約情報は施設に届いていません。料金を支払い済みなのに宿泊できないということになりかねませんのでお気をつけください。宿泊施設自体はベッド24個に対してシャワーが１つなのでそこが何点かなとは思いますが、それ以外は可もなく不可もなくといったところです。"

"Затишний готель, охайні номери. В номері є все необхідне: телевізор, душ, туалет, рушник, халат, мило, і навіть одноразові тапочки. Розташування готелю чудове. 20 хвилин до центру пішки 7 машиною. Персоналу окреме дякую, номер підібрали, уточнили, передзвонили"

"Location is quite all right. Staff was friendly although our room wasn't ready when we arrived. Showers are small and difficult to get changed. There is some shared space to eat but there are no chairs or a stove. Just saw a kettle, microwave and a fridge."
