"Centrally located with great views of mountains and greenery. Apartments (2BR) are bigger than usual in Switzerland and comfortable with large balconies, though fridge is a tiny 100 litre for 2BR apartment! Reception staff was a mixed bag...Christian was absolutely great and very helpful, while the other guy came across as cold, perhaps judgmental, and following rules by the book (and not what's right thing to do). Location is very convenient as it is located equidistant from both Interlaken Ost and Interlaken West, has bus stop right in front (buses come only every 30 minutes), several luxury shops and restaurants within 5 mins walk, and 10 mins walk to both Coop and Migros supermarkets. Breakfast was decent spread but exactly the same items each of the 10 days, and often we had to request the staff to top up the items and wait. On couple of occasions, they ran out of croissants one hour before the breakfast ends! Would recommend the place."

"Our room on 5th floor had a great view of the lake and alps. Breakfast in cafe on ground floor great. Next to train station and subway, and many bus lines. Free transit pass was fantastic. Great pizza and Italian restaurant just up street, and hotel gave us a coupon for 2 free cocktails there. Use of subway and busses a must. Boat cruise great, get 1st class ticket for more room. Nearby (20 min train ride) castle a must"

"All the staff were welcoming and helpful but particularly Jessica at reception, Pedro in the restaurant looked after us so well and was so kind and accommodating. Marieke aka ‘breakfast mama’ was lovely and fun and friendly each morning overseeing everyone had what they needed for a tasty and generous breakfast. Thank you to you all for making our anniversary celebrations stay in Switzerland so lovely and memorable. Phil and Julie . "

"my fiancè & I loved our 2 night stay here !!! very close to train & bus terminals. even walking distance to some parts of the area. the view is spectacular!! they offer free breakfast, which was perfect, & even offered complimentary chocolate due to some renovations happening, which didn't even bother the both us. our room was so clean too !! and above all, STAFF IS AMAZING. we will definitely go back <3 "
