"We went to the hotel at 4:30 PM on Wednesday. Reception was closed even though the timing was 7 am to 10 pm. They had 2 phone numbers on a paper in order to contact reception. We called both numbers multiple times to no avail. At 8 PM we finally decided to just leave this hotel. We contacted expedia and they booked us a hotel in Budapest which was our next destination. I do not recommend this hotel at all because no one was there! "

"Wonderful experience at this new hotel / restaurant in Malacky, just north of Bratislava. Owned & operated by a local family that did an excellent job renovating the property while preserving and promoting the history of the area. The restaurant / bar is exceptional and the best in the area in my opinion. The hotel has only 10 rooms and 1 apartment. Very clean, modern and well appointed rooms.
