"A brilliant hotel with great facilities and excellent staff. The room was modern and clean and the spa was an added bonus. The breakfast offering was brilliant and the hotel also smelt amazing - we asked them what diffuser they were using!"

"The hotel room was clean and the staff is friendly. However, there is no A/C in the room and it was brutally hot at night. Other than that, everything is OK."

"The hotel is centrally located on the edge of the old town. The place is very adequate on all fronts. An issue we had with the shower was fixed the same day. The breakfast was a good selection and well presented. We would have appreciated being able to do drinks in our room and the only glasses provided were tiny. Small criticisms though and we would stay again if coming to Bratislava."
