The house is located in the quiet district of Bichling. The centre with its numerous shops, bars and restaurants is just a few minutes' walk away. Numerous car parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. In summer there is a garden with barbecue for general use.

The house has 5 flats over 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a 120m² flat with 3 bedrooms and direct access to the garden. On the 2nd and 3rd floor there are 2 flats of 50m² and 55m² respectively, each with 1 bedroom.

In winter, a blue piste leads up to 150 metres in front of the house and the lifts can be reached in a few minutes on foot and in summer you can reach numerous hikes in the Tyrolean mountains directly from the house.

Very basic, but good location
Very basic apartment. If you are looking for a place to sleep whilst enjoying the mountains this is perfect. Other than that it was nothing special. The place was clean enough, although the shower did not look super clean. There was a few strange things like having to move the microwave because there is no socket to plug it in, and The balcony lights are plugged in to the the socket nnext to the main bed . Also the place is not particulrly cosy because it only has very nright lights jn the licing room. Nothing major but makes the place mostly a very praxtical place to stay for skiing, the skibus is 1 minute away and walking to the Westendorf gondola is also doable.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung genossen. Ein kurzer Spaziergang oder Fahrt zum Supermarkt und alle wichtigen Einrichtungen. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden sie auch wieder für uns buchen. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, ebenso das Bad und das Schlafzimmer.
