"Really lovely b&b with tasteful decor. The issue we found was with the service. It’s the first time I’ve stayed somewhere and felt like an inconvenience. On arrival we rang the doorbell a couple of times, no answer. When we then rang the mobile number offered on the sign, we got a lecture about “taking it easy” because they hadn’t had chance to get to the door (we rang the doorbell twice with a gap of 5-10 minutes) It made our check in super frosty and felt like a lecture as opposed to...

"Great location, it’s a 15 min walk to old central Bruges. The room is a little small, but comfortable, although some nicer pillows would be good. Be aware the walk up is steep and narrow, like so many European rooms. The breakfast part is a little pricey but nice, I think if you book it in advance you can save a few$. The parking is close, but it’s a tight fit in the garage for anything small suv size or bigger. Overall a great stay."
