Front desk seemed overwhelmed with simple requests. Hair conditioner was "on backorder." So, none in our room.​ Shower didn't have hot water. Some warm water, but not hot. Actually, mostly cold. We stayed here because the location was excellent and the price was low, but would pay more for a more comfortable stay. We don't plan on staying here again.

We were traveling at the end of the season so the breakfast area was closed. Not a big deal as the pricing is reduced for off season. The room was really nice, beds were incredibly comfy and the shower was great. Lobby area is really cool. Would stay again.

This was a perfect place to stay for our trip. It was nice to have a warm breakfast before heading into Yellowstone. Staff was friendly and made up our room every day, which is something we haven’t experienced since Covid. Thank you for helping to make our trip a great experience.

We stayed here one night while exploring in Yellowstone. Don’t expect a super fancy hotel but it was what we expected when booking. We needed a clean hotel, close to the park to lay our heads…..which this is! Our only complaints would be that breakfast didn’t start until 7 and the beds were pretty hard. We honestly didn’t expect perfection and were thrilled to be so close to the park. We would stay here again for the convenience of being right outside of Yellowstone.

The staff was very friendly, breakfast was very good! Comfortable beds, the TV in our room wasn't working, they changed us to a much better room the next day, great service!

Older hotel but clean. There is no elevator and hard to lug luggage upstairs. No parking lot for parking so had to park on the street, We left a lot of stuff in our car and it wasn’t touched but worried about it all night.

See previous review. We stayed here a second night after a long day of sightseeing Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons. Again, free breakfast was good and was part of cost of room. Overall, we’d stay there again if needed.

Room was spacious and clean. No phone in room. But with cell phones nowadays, phone in room is not critical except if you need to call the front desk. Hot water in shower kept cutting in and out but good water pressure. Overall a nice place to stay while traveling through the Yellowstone. Free breakfast included in price is a big plus and the breakfast was pretty good. Overall, a great place for an overnight stop while traveling.
