Cozy Place To Enjoy After A Day In The Park

This spacious, in-town Condominium, is located just off Iris Street. The condo lay's on 3 level's, plus a patio & grill area. The main level consists of a fully-supplied kitchen, with all cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, pots, pans, coffeemaker, etc. The living room is also on this level, and has a gas fireplace, couch, love seat, rocker, and a flat screen TV with DVD.

The upper level has two bedrooms, a king bedroom, with direct tv, dvd player, and a queen bedroom. There is also a full bath on this level. The lower level has two bedrooms, the first one which is an open bedroom with a double bed, and a single bed. The second bedroom has one queen bed. This level also has a 3/4 bath, along with washer and dryer. All linens, towels, are also supplied.

Close to the park
Location was key for us and this unit did not disappoint. Furniture was comfortable but kitchen was not as well supplied as most we have stayed in. Garbage disposer didn't work at all. Overall, the condo served it purpose and the host was very helpful.

Place had basics but no personality. Need mirrors in bedrooms, bath mat or grab bars for upstairs shower as very slippery. Door under kitchen sink was off its hinge (we fixed it), knob on stove broken off.

Exactly as described!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This property is on the older side but I think that it's well represented on the VRBO listing. We spent the days in both Yellowstone and Grand Teton and just slept/showered here more or less. Plenty of hot water and comfortable beds. I see that several reviews mentioned that it was difficult to find, which may be the case in the dark. We arrived around 8 pm and it was light out so it was easy for us to find. Access to the property was straightforward and easy. I did have one question of Jay, the property owner and he responded right away. Great experience overall!

Yellowstone Family Vacation
We have 6 kids so we don't fit in a motel room. This condo was perfect for us. It slept everyone in beds and we were able to split up the girls and boys. Plus we had a room for our baby. It was clean and cozy. I would highly recommend it. My one complaint was the pillows in the master bed were too puffy. My neck wasn't used to how big they were. :)

House was clean, very dated. Kitchen cabinet broken off hinge, 1 burner on stove didn’t work and 1 knob fell off, only 1 small spoon in drawer. Had to ask for wash clothes which were brought over. Poor lighting in kitchen and living room. Beds were comfy as was living room furniture. Bathtub was slippery for us seniors. It met our needs but would not stay again as the price of the house was high for the conditions we encountered. Michele was very responsive and easy to work with.

This property is dated and showing its age. It was however very clean. The kitchen is only minimally equipped. There was no soap or body wash in either bathroom, which we have not experienced before. As noted by a previous guest, be very careful of the slippery upstairs shower/tub. I recommended to the owners that they should get a bath mat. Unrelated to the property or owners, we had a heck of a time getting our property damage deposit back from VRBO. Due to “some technical errors” according to VRBO. Not to mention it being the largest deposit we have ever made.

very good overall. only one problem: 1. Lst of property is wrong, there is no such addess. because of travel, we miss the last notice, so we have touble finding the place, only after we call, then we got it right. 2. the coffee machine's instructions is not clear. At first, it was leaking water, we thought the machine has problem. Then we figure it out. 3. I think my son already told you, the lower right pot of the range is not working, cannot be use for cooking.

Damp, dark, no bedroom or bathroom on main floor which was not apparent in advertisement as we wouldn't have stayed here as one of our party has severe issues climbing stairs, disposal not working (until we bought tool and fixed it), tv problems first 5 days (changed carrier and we were told we would get refund), questioned us having small pet which was discussed in previous emails and ok'd. Upstairs bathroom heater not working. As this was our first experience with RVBO we obviously should have asked more questions and been skeptical.

Dirty and very bad smell
We stayed here for 2 nights from June 27th to June 29th while we were taking a trip to Yellowstone. The exterior was in good shape although my husband and I thought it was in a sketchy location. The pictures are pretty accurate but it was dirty and smelled extremely bad. The smell was so bad and strong that we had to open up all of the windows upon arrival and go buy febreeze to even make it tolerable!!! The kitchen was fairly clean but very outdated. The worst were the bathrooms. There was grime around the faucets in both the sinks and around the tub. There was mildew in the upstairs shower tile and the two fans in the bathrooms had so much dust on them that they weren't adequately working. All of the baseboards were covered in a layer of dust and grime. I emailed the owner to let him know and his reply was simply that he didn't live in the area and would let the cleaning crew know for the next renters. No compensation. No one coming to clean it while we were there. Because of how dirty the bathrooms were, we were a little afraid to touch anything else and tried to spend as little time there as we needed with our 4 kids. The basement rooms were a bit awkward. One is very small without any windows and so my kids were afraid to stay in there. The other is just the open living area of the basement that is connected to the laundry area and stairs. Overall, the experience we had here was very poor and we would have tried to stay somewhere else except this was pretty much the last available place for our last minute Yellowstone trip. We would not stay here again or recommend it to our friends. I can understand if a place is outdated but not if it is dirty and not well-maintained.

Handy for Yellowstone Park
I am quite sure this property was very average for the location and priced accordingly, but I found the price a bit high. (Very much on par with what is available near Yellowstone I'm sure.) It was very convenient to the West Entrance and to the town. Cannot recommend the condo to anyone with mobility issues and trouble with stairs as it is 3 stories and the bathrooms are upstairs and downstairs, not on the main level. But clean, comfy beds, easy parking. Just the things you really need for this kind of holiday.

West Yellowstone Townhouse
The property was clean and comfortable. Very close to the West Yellowstone entrance. I am glad I did not stay inside Yellowstone Park. The townhouse was a better choice to accommodate my family. Restaurant choices were excellent. I recommend this rental.

I probably sent 15 emails asking for help with the situation that came up right after I reserved your property and not one email not one was ever responded to however, when it came time for me to pay my second installment for the stay there, you were all over answering that email, so you guys don’t care about customer service only money so you will never see me at your property again…my only hope is some of my friends who knew i reserved that place will ask how it all went only then can i hope to met them from the same mistake

The owners/managers were very responsive to our communications but they need to do a thorough visit to correct small issues. There are several small issue that need to be addressed, several light bulbs out, hand soap out, no body wash and garbage disposal broken. Liked the proximity to Yellowstone

Just the Very Basics
Listing is accurate in the sense that it has the number of rooms and beds/baths. However, the kitchen is very sparsely appointed. No pans, just some pots. No tupperware. Older appliances. Coffee pot was missing the crucial filter basket. This place gets the job done but doesn’t make for a relaxing and inviting vacation property.

Good location, near everything, just what we were looking for. There were no frying pans (had to get creative for breakfast), and a sprinkler system goes off at 730-900 am, aimed right at the front door when we were leaving for the park. The place was 2 frying pans and a sprinkler timing system adjustment from being just what we wanted. Overall great place

Convenient location for shops and restaurants downtown and park entrance. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen and big table served us well. Mirrors in the bedrooms would be a great addition as well as wash cloths. The upstairs shower knob needs repaired.

Condo was very clean. We were only 3 folks in a rather huge condo. I was imaging an entire group of college nordic skiers inhabiting it for a week or early season training and chuckling to myself! Very clean, quiet Would ask for a few more staples in the kitchen to get us going (starter coffee, some sugar, some teabags and hot chocolate packets?). Grocery shopping was rough in West Yellowston. We found Food Roundup to be better, but were glad that we trucked in a lot of our food from a larger city. All in all comfortable and clean place to rest our heads after long days in the Park.
