We encourage our guests of the Owl's Nest to open the windows at night to enjoy the cool evening temperatures and close those windows during the day (including curtains/blinds) to keep cooler air inside the home. For your safety, please only open windows when you are present in the home. Additionally, homes will have fans located in the bedroom closets.

The West Gate of Yellowstone National park regular vehicle season typically runs from the third Friday in April until the 1st of November. The Park is then closed in preparation for the over snow season. The over snow season typically runs from the 3rd Friday in December until the 3rd Friday in March. The park is then closed again until the opening day of the regular season.
