"The Stables is a charming and spacious property. We were thrilled to find it beautifully decorated for Christmas and an amazing basket of goodies/treats that we enjoyed throughout our stay. We were disappointed to find many of the light bulbs burned out or nonfunctional, leaving no lighting in the main hallway. "A newly renovated property situated in a small village offering comfort and welcome for our family holiday. A spacious and well stocked kitchen with good amenities. The garden and patio area were perfect for evening drinks and dining with comfortable patio furniture. The house contained all we needed for an excellent week and is close to many attractions and within easy reach of beaches."

"The house is very spacious and well equipped. The spiral staircase up to the two bedrooms is very steep and narrow, this could prevent some less able people accessing this area. It is too steep for younger children without very close supervision. The location of the house is very peaceful, great for a relaxing time together."

"Lovely modern cosy house in centre of Gayton village, close to the local pub. Everything was provided and we immediately felt at home (as did the dog who loved the garden). Great communication with the owner and everything was super easy to gain access. Close to King's Lynn and less than an hour from the beach at Well-Next-The-Sea. Even a disused windmill in the village, that is someone's lovely home! Recommended"

"Only spent a couple of nights here but could definitely have stayed longer. Cottage has everything you need for a self catering holiday. The owners are really helpful and none intrusive. Complimentary wine and fresh bread are a lovely touch.(bread definitely a winner) Property is very handy for Ely and Cambridge. Use the park and ride for Cambridge. It's good value and cheaper than parking in the centre."

"The overall stay at the location was nice and pleasant. Communication between customers and owner was basic. The building of stay was a good size and plenty of room to move about without being on top of eachother. The decor was outdated and requires upgrades in places. Cleanliness was poor in places so ended up cleaning ourselves. The big let down of property was the poor WiFi signal which was not spoke about in there general advertising discription. We would go back and hope to find the...

"Very tranquil and peaceful place to be Clean and tidy with everything you could ever wish for, very home from home. We wanted for nothing. Short drive into Ely with some lovely restaurants We would definitely recommend this lovely place"

"Quiet rural location, just what we were looking for, enclosed courtyard perfect for dog, property is a credit to Lesley both in decoration and cleanliness. Her husband Trevor runs the pub out front, what a host, couldn’t have been made more welcome. We hope to return again! "
