"We stayed 4 nights as we were taking a clinic at the equestrian community behind the home. This was the perfect location, the home was comfortable, and clean. There was a minor issue with renters in the bottom portion of the home being loud after hours. The home owner handled promptly and we didn't have any further issues after the first night I would highly recommend. "

"The condo was exactly what we needed for our stay in SLC! Centrally located and easy access to EVERYTHING! The mountain/hiking trails, ski resorts, downtown, everything! The hot tub was amazing and communication with Drew was incredible! We wanted to cook out, but the propane tank was empty- he was there with a new one within 15 minutes! Best customer service EVER!!!!"

"Our daughter was relocating to Salt Lake City for work, renting an apartment in Sugar House. The location of this house was perfect - only four minutes from her apartment. And because her furniture delivery was delayed we had the ability for her to stay at the house with us. Plenty of space for us to relax together in the evenings. The kitchen was also perfect for preparing and eating meals."

"We celebrated our wedding reception here . We loved the great room with its high ceilings, there are so many bedrooms and the kitchen was accommodating. Check in was a breeze , we lost a sentimental piece of jewelry and the owner was very kind and helped to try to locate it . That said , the carpet was dirty and the driveway was a lot smaller than we expected but these were fairly trivial. Great neighborhood, enjoyed our stay . "

They had a pool (closed during our stay), a hot tub (blissful), game room downstairs, spacious rooms, and a cute little bar area. The house is beautiful and inviting. "My wife and I, our 7 month old daughter, and my parents, all stayed at this property. The host, Jack, was more than accommodating. He was kind, responsive, and the house had everything you’d need. We enjoyed there were 3 king sized beds, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, garage to park in, it was close to the grocery store and the freeway. Overall, we were very pleased and this is a perfect place to stay with a large family. I highly encourage others to book their stay here if visiting SLC...
