We would love to welcome you to our beautiful lakefront home on a private, no wake, cove! We own and manage this home, and we are always available to help you prepare for your trip, answer your questions, and ensure you have an incredible experience!

Be our guests! Enjoy this new, luxurious, lake house, offering a beautiful view of pristine Lake Keowee from almost every room.

A gorgeous new fire pit was built in August 2024 that comfortably seats 18! And a 4-hole putting green is coming Sept 2024!

This home is impeccably decorated to comfortably host up to 18 people. The open layout and new furniture invites you to relax into the calmness of a lakefront lifestyle.

The kitchen boasts a large island and is fully stocked for entertaining, including a crockpot, air fryer, 2 coffee makers, coffee grinder, electric wine opener, blender, mixer, and plenty of serving bowls and platters.

The dining table extends to seat 14, with additional seating at the outdoor table for 8.

The living room has more than enough seating for a large group to comfortably gather to watch movies (or football games!) on the 65” Samsung TV while overlooking the lake. French doors off the living room open up to the expansive, covered deck with a dining table and couches. This is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail, to soak in the peacefulness of the property.

The MAIN LEVEL has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. (Every bed in the home has a top-rated "puffy" brand or "cool gel" brand mattress for an extraordinary night's sleep!)

The first bedroom has a king bed and a lake view with doors that open up to the deck with lounge chairs. This bedroom has a private luxurious bathroom and spacious walk-in closet (which can be a great spot for a pack-n-play for a little one to sleep!)

The second bedroom has a king bed with a lake view and doors that open up to the covered deck with lounge chairs. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a desk that can double as an office, if preferred. These two bedrooms share a large beautiful bathroom.

This level also has a mudroom with an industrial size washer and dryer.

The LOWER LEVEL is another welcoming gathering space with an open floor plan that overlooks the lake. This space has a huge leather sectional, 65” Samsung TV, a wet bar with a beverage fridge.

The lower level provides plenty of entertainment and games, including:
* a shuffleboard table
* a ping pong table
* a putting mat
* board games and toys for littles
* chess and card games for adults

The fourth bedroom on the lower level has a king bed and walk-in closet and a lovely lake view. This bedroom has a large bathroom with 3 sinks that connects you to the fifth bedroom that has 2 full-size beds ( a great family suite!)

The sixth bedroom is the bunk room with 4 twin beds. This room also boasts a wonderful lake view. A bathroom with two sinks accompanies this bedroom.

The bonus room has a 55” Samsung TV, a queen sleeper sofa, 2 loft beds, and a bean bag that opens up into a comfortable queen-sized bed. The bonus room shares the bathroom with the sixth bedroom.

The French doors off the lower level open up to another covered patio overlooking a large flat yard for family football or frisbee. This patio has another outdoor dining table and Adirondack chairs to enjoy the lake view.

The backyard boasts:
* Fire pit for 18
* 4-hole putting green (coming Sept 24)
* grill (both gas and charcoal)

* putterball beer pong
* spikeball
* KanJam
* outdoor shower

A short, lit, pathway leads you to the dock with dual sundecks where you can swim all day or linger in the water under the stars at night.

Our home is on a private channel with no wake and deep water, so it’s ideal for swimming, jumping off the dock, and floating in the water.

We provide you with a kayak, 2 paddleboards, and a huge water mat (where the best memories are made!) We also provide life jackets, towels, floats, and noodles.

If you bring your boat, or rent one from a local marina, our dock can accommodate you.

Our home sits on a quiet, quaint cul-de-sac so children can play freely outside or take advantage of the basketball hoop in the driveway.

It’s also worth noting our home has excellent high speed internet, a rarity on the lake! (Unless you want to unplug! Then just ignore the WiFi password!)

Another wonderful benefit of our location is the 20+ waterfalls, hiking trails, and lakefront playgrounds in the area.

We are 10 minutes to downtown Walhalla, 15 minutes to downtown Seneca, 22 minutes to Clemson, 1 hour to Greenville, 1 hour to Highlands, NC, 2 hours to Atlanta, GA, 5 hours to Nashville, TN, 90 minutes to Asheville, NC, and 5 hours to Hilton Head, SC.

You are sure to enjoy this incredibly special spot that has stolen our hearts and helped us create wonderful family memories.

Annual Couple's Clemson Lake Weekend
The house is beautiful and was perfect for our group. We enjoyed all the amenities the house had to offer from a putting green, ping pong table, fire pit, paddle boarding and so much more. Also, enjoyed game day in Clemson. Jeannie and Mike were a pleasure to work with. We look forward to returning again next year. Go Tigers!

This property has so many positives such as a beautiful view of the cove, a relaxing dock to hang out on and around, a grassy area to play on, large upstairs and downstairs spaces for the family to gather, many outdoor activities, and a new fire pit area to enjoy s'mores. The owner was very responsive to our questions and ensured communication with us was a priority. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Keep in mind, this is a non-smoking property, which means no smoking inside AND outside the home.

Spectacular
This is the perfect property for a family Lake weekend at Keowee. House had absolutely everything and both parents and kids of various ages were very comfortable. The amount of games and toys that are available at the house was incredible and out of the ordinary. We got to enjoy so many extras at this property. Lake position was perfect as was boathouse and water amenities. Owners could not have been more helpful or friendly. Will definitely stay again when we return to Keowee.

Perfect Getaway!
The house was perfect, the lake was beautiful, clean, and warm. There was some noisy construction with new-home builds in the area, but overall it was amazing! We had 3 adult couples, 3 single adults, and 5 kids, and everyone had a bed and plenty of space! Lots of games and things to do at the house. We enjoyed reading some of the books on display, and Jeannie recommended a putt putt place in Seneca that was really great! The Oasis Ranch was one of the nicest putt putt places I’ve played and it was super affordable! I’d also recommend the hike to the waterfall at Oconee Station State Historic Site. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Would Love to Keep it a SECRET!
This property was EVERYTHING it promised and MORE! It was beautiful, great location, clean, great appliances/resources in the kitchen, convenient sleeping arrangements. The cove was quiet and low key (no wake zone), so the kids were able to tool around on floats and paddle boards. We had such a great time. We had one issue and it was resolved within fifteen minutes. Jeannie and Mike are wonderful hosts and we will be back!

Wonderful family vacation
The house and location could not have been a better fit for our family, with 3 generations. We love lake vacations and Lake Keowee is now our favorite. The lake is quiet and the dock at the house is perfect for paddle boards, floating, fishing, etc. We rented a Pontoon boat and had a wonderful time on the water and the beach islands. The layout of the house was perfect for us (the grandparents) and the kids all had a fantastic time with all of the games, both inside and out. We even had a Lake Olympics competition! We hope to be back!

The perfect lake getaway!
This property is everything you would dream of for a lake vacation. The house is immaculate and well stocked. Perfect get away with kids. One of the best features is the flat yard and easy walk to dock. We have stayed at some homes that the dock is too steep and our older family members could not get up and down. The layout of the rooms accommodated our family so well. The fridge, trash can, and the water mat was such a bonus. We loved our stay and look forward to renting again!

Second time around and always fantastic!
We have booked this home twice now and even though our son is now an alum of Clemson, we hope to return and do it again! This house is spotless, the location on the lake is so beautiful and the owners are just lovely to work with! In fact, my mother left her glasses behind and they quickly mailed them to us! They could not be easier to work with - answering any questions we had instantaneously. There is so much room at this home and it is equipped with everything you would need or want to enjoy a wonderful stay with family and friends! Truly a gem and we will be back!!

Great property, great experience.
Our large family had all the space and comfort needed for our Christmas to New Year stay. The house and amenities were as advertised or better. Lake access was great, and the paddle boards and kayaks were used even though it was nowhere close to summer weather. The house layout gave us plenty of together space, but the bedroom and bathroom arrangements were private and comfortable. Great hosts and super easy check-in. We will be back.

PERFECT Family Reunion
We stayed at this amazing home with extended family and friends to celebrate my husband's birthday and to enjoy the Clemson - UNC Game on November 18th. We were a group of 14 of ages ranging from 17 to 87. What an AMAZING home! Not only was it so perfectly clean that we felt like we were the very first to ever stay there....the flow, openness and number of bedrooms made it an incredibly comfortable stay for all of our guests. On top of that, the kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped with everything we could have needed during our stay. Our only regret was that we wish we had one or two more days in the home to just relax and enjoy the incredible porch and lake view. I could not recommend this home more for groups of any size. We will absolutely return!

We were a group of four families visiting for the Clemson game. We had a group of teenage kids. The home was amazing. The home is laid out well, comfortable bedrooms, very well stocked, amazing lake frontage, great dock, lots of lake toys, game room, large kitchen. AMAZING LAKE KEOWEE HOUSE!!
We love Lake Keowee and THIS house. We do an annual Lake Keowee trip every summer with friends and family and this house did not disappoint!! This large, spacious house fit our group of 15 with no problem. We had plenty of beds for everyone, kids and adults could enjoy separate spaces, and the outdoor living was so relaxing. This beautiful house is located directly on Lake Keowee in a quiet cove which makes swimming off the private boat dock perfect for all ages. The house came with EVERYTHING we needed (or wanted) from kitchen supplies, indoor and outdoor games, and fun water toys! The kids and adults all enjoyed the huge water mat, SUP boards, floats, the board games and especially the ping pong table! The homeowners, Jeannie and Mike, were always available and accommodating for any questions we had about the area or house. We had an AMAZING time and will definitely be back!! Thank you guys for opening your beautiful house to our family and friends. We can’t wait for our next trip!!

Beautiful, spacious, and cozy lake house located in a quiet/convenient area. Breathtaking views from the balcony. Fun for the entire family. The house has everything needed for a fun family vacation. Mornings were my favorite time…sitting on the 2nd fl balcony and listening to the birds and breeze in the trees. Evening at the fire pit was pretty special too when the lightning bugs came out!

Look no further!
This home turned out to be the perfect lakefront location for our family vacation of 13 (6 adults, ages 42-77 and kids ages 9-20). Where to start?? Exactly as described; nicely decorated & clean; plenty of space to be together or apart; beautiful outdoor patios, flat yard, dock (gradual stepping stones-not too steep); mature trees for a cozy feel; well-equipped and includes lots of extra entertainment amenities as listed - kept our group busy and no one was bored! Peaceful, quiet ambiance due to being on a “finger” - but quick access to the lake; nice quiet cul-de-sac location. Grocery stores & restaurants close by in several small towns (within @ 15 min). We were very content staying at the house most of our 8 day stay…we did do a hike to Yellow Branch Falls & played mini-golf. And lastly, but certainly not least - you could not ask for a better host than Jeannie!! She is super sweet, quick to respond to inquiries…you can tell she wants to provide a great experience! We will definitely rent again, without question…and so should you!!

Family reunion/80th birthday party success!
The house was spacious and thoughtfully designed for a large group. There were plenty of play locations, conversation spots and places to chill out. This was the perfect location to enjoy the lake - the no wake buoy is literally 60 feet out from the dock - so it felt quiet and safe for everyone who was out playing in, on or next to the lake. We brought some extra watercraft and hammocks which was great for our large group. We all enjoyed the great blue heron stalking the cove and flying low over our heads, and the house finch feeding its chicks in the nest on the back covered deck. Such a bonus that the grocery store is a short drive down the road! Jeannie is the most responsive host that I've encountered over the course of many trips. Highly recommend!

Excellent Home for Big Group
We rented this house so we could visit our son at Clemson and attend a football game. We had 15 people and there was more than enough room for all. The house is gorgeous and has all the amenities and functionality you will need for an enjoyable stay. We especially loved the view of the lake, the ping pong in the basement and the comfortable beds and couches! The house is super clean and has plenty of kitchen accessories too. We will definitely be returning! The owners were also very quick to reply to us when we had questions. You won’t go wrong renting this house!
