Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. "My parents, husband, and I spent two glorious days at this hotel and we are eager to return. This is a Spa and wellness hotel and not a tourist hotel, which is why we chose it. I speak some German, but my parents and husband speak only English. We were happy to find that the hotel provided English translations for the restaurant menus, Spa offerings, and information about the rooms and surrounding area. "Lovely Inn in an absolutely breathtaking natural surroundings! We picked this area because it was accessible by train, bus and a 15 minute walk. You can ski just steps outside the back door. The breakfast was wonderful and was slightly different each day. I hope to go back in the summer! "
