When it comes to outdoor living, you will discover an expansive patio with a mesmerizing firepit, where you can gather with loved ones under the starry night sky. There is a picnic table and a gas grill, offering the perfect setting for summertime cookouts with the family.
Upon entering this secluded home away from home, you will encounter two separate living areas, each equally furnished to provide nothing but endless comfort. The largest living area enjoys plenty of natural light, a comfortable sofa, and a large TV to keep you entertained during your stay. Adjacent to this area is a colorful lounge area near a gorgeous wood stove. The second living area also offers a TV, beautiful vistas, and a sunny corner where the kiddos can play while the adults watch TV. The spacious kitchen features all modern appliances that will make cooking a breeze, including a built-in oven and microwave, an electric oven, a stovetop, a French-door fridge, and a dishwasher. A wood-burning fireplace warms up the kitchen in the blink of an eye. The main level also offers one bedroom while the remaining three bedrooms can be found upstairs.
When you book this splendid retreat, you also have access to a separate, two-story guest house. The main living space is located on the upper floor, offering a beautifully decorated interior with exposed wood beams. You will discover a living area with a TV and a stove, a full kitchen with all the essentials, and a private bedroom. The lower level enjoys a private office-like area with a desk and a washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Only the Carriage House apartment allows dogs. The main house does not allow dogs.
There are surveillance cameras located at the front of the home overlooking the front entry and the driveway of both the Main House and the Carriage House. Please do not cover or tamper with the cameras in any way.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
Security camera details: There is a surveillance camera near the front door of both homes overlooking the driveway and the front entrance for security purposes.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
