There are no stairs inside, so people with mobility issues will be able to navigate the home. There is just a small step to get inside the house. I was looking for a place like this because I had surgery on both of my feet several months ago, and I’m still a bit tender. Even the shower was easy for me to step inside, and the floor of the shower...

"The property was beautiful, the pictures didnt do it justice. It was set kinda far back in the neighborhood, but close to many things in Bentonville. It would have been great if the out door fireplace worked, and the stove, but other than that it was great. The property manager was quick to respond. I have never had to fill out a form and do a background check to stay at a VRBO property, so that was an inconvenience but all in all it was a great stay. Would stay there again"

"My friends and I stayed four nights at the Rustic Chic and had a great time. The home is very clean and the beds are comfortable. It was great to be able to park in the garage, and we enjoyed the outdoor seating on the side of the house. Neighborhood is pretty quiet, so we slept well. If you plan to cook, be sure to bring all ingredients to make your meals. We needed a couple of things while we were there, but Julie the host, responded very quickly to our messages. Overall, a great stay!"

"Nice home with plenty of space for all ages. We were all adults on our trip but I could visualize multiple families using the home with separate areas (upstairs and downstairs living rooms) as well as plenty of seating for eating. Loved the sunporch overlooking the water. Very relaxing and quiet cove. Would recommend to others."

"Great home base for biking in Bentonville. We were able to bike on neighborhood roads and paths to the Coler Mountain Bike Preserve. Quick walk to a Walmart Neighborhood Market. Great bike maintenance stand and tools in the garage. We'll be back!"
