"We had a fantastic stay at the property over New Year. The house was clean, comfortable and lots to do. The host was extremely helpful and made the check in process easy, The location was great, only a 10 minute walk in Swanage, you do have to walk up a hill to get back to the house, which wasn’t an issue for us "

"I booked this property 5 months ago and on the day of arrival, the host told me we would be staying in a completely different property to the one booked due to a ‘double booking’. I felt this could have been communicated to me at the time of booking and not on the day I was due to arrive so alternative accommodation could’ve been sorted. I’m really disappointed and this experience has spoiled what should have been a relaxing weekend away with friends."

"The property and staff are fantastic,the only thing I’ll do differently next time is change to a rear facing room as the sea view room we had was very noisy but that was obviously down to people enjoying themselves on a Saturday night.Unfortunately we had to leave early Sunday meaning we tried to get an early night but already looking forward to our next visit. Great communication with the property manager, always very responsive and willing to call round and answer any questions. Easy access to the hot tub was especially appreciated.
