Elevate your experience by booking our exclusive 11-passenger Pontoon cruise, based on availability, for a truly unique and memorable journey. It's worth mentioning that we currently do not offer other watercraft mentioned earlier.

- Experience the delights of boating, kayaking, and an array of water sports in the serene comfort of your own backyard. Our private boat dock and boat slip open up boundless possibilities for aquatic enjoyment, and we offer complimentary kayaks for your pleasure. When using the kayaks, please make sure to return them safely to the rack in their original condition to avoid a $50 service charge. You can also partake in a private 11-passenger Pontoon cruise, which is available for rent with a reservation required before your arrival, subject to availability.

- Unwind in the peaceful, fenced backyard and spacious pool deck, equipped with comfortable lounges, next to the waterfront pool featuring a sun shelf and hot tub. Our pool utilizes state-of-the-art saltwater technology, courtesy of a salt-chlorine generator, ensuring fewer harsh chemicals in the pool and a gentler experience for your skin.

- Should you desire, you have the option to prepay a fee for pool heating. This includes all-day heating of the pool to a cozy 85°F, along with the hot tub operational from 3 pm to 10 pm, with the temperature set to your preference, up to 104°F. The fee for this delightful amenity is $55 per day, payable in advance for the duration of your stay.

- For outdoor culinary adventures, we offer a covered Lanai complete with a propane grill, allowing you to sizzle your favorite dishes in the open air. Additionally, there are tables and chairs for al fresco dining, and we provide beach chairs for our guests to take along on their beach excursions.

The home comprises 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms in total. Three of the bedrooms are Master Suites, each equipped with en-suite full bathrooms. There is also an additional full bathroom in the hallway.

- Master Suite #2 offers a spacious King bed.

HOUSE RULES:

- We kindly ask that only registered guests (up to 14) be allowed on the property, whether staying overnight or visiting. Approval is required for groups exceeding 10, with an additional fee for guests beyond that number. A maximum of 4 vehicles is permitted.

- Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises. Smoking is not allowed inside the home, but you are welcome to smoke outside, provided cigarette butts are disposed of responsibly. Pre-approval is required if you plan to bring pets.

- We ask that guests respect our neighbors, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

We appreciate your understanding and compliance with our house rules, which are in place to maintain a harmonious environment for all.

In the event that HOUSE RULE(S) are breached, regrettably, we will consider it a cancellation of your booking. This will result in the termination of your stay, with all guests being required to leave the property. Please note that we will not be obligated to provide any refunds for any fees already paid. Furthermore, if the maximum occupancy is exceeded, you will incur additional charges for each guest beyond the number originally specified in your reservation. Your understanding and compliance with these terms are greatly appreciated.

NO-SHOW POLICY:

Guests are required to confirm with the host once they have checked in. If guests do not arrive within 36 hours of the confirmed check-in time and fail to notify us during this period about any delays or changes to their arrival plans, the reservation will be considered forfeited. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

We strongly encourage guests to communicate any changes to their arrival time promptly to avoid forfeiting their reservation.
