Quiet corner townhouse in the heart of West Palm Beach, FL. 5 minute drive to I-95. Less than 20 minutes drive (during high traffic hours) to Palm Beach International airport, Beaches, night life and shopping. My townhouse is cleaned and disinfected the day before guest arrival. 1 car garage parking and 2 car driveway parking. Large patio.

Enter into an open floor plan with good natural light, a view of the patio and lush green lawn. Half bathroom and laundry room are on the ground floor. Full kitchen with large refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, solid wood kitchen cabinets with soft quiet close cupboard doors, and drawers, granite countertop. Everything you need to make a and enjoy your meals are there for you - pots pans, utensils, plates, cups, bowls, flatware, dining table and four chairs.
Walk upstairs to 3 comfortable bedrooms. The master has a king size bed with a private full bathroom and large walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms each have a queen size bed and share the second full-size bathroom upstairs. Dedicated workspace with desk and chair at the top of the stairs.
