When stepping in the front door you enter the living room, next is the island that also serves as a dining table which leads you into the stocked kitchen with your basic cooking needs and also a small table with 2 chairs by the window. The bathroom has a shower with sliding glass doors, towels and washcloths provided. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, dresser and closet with hangers. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed (full size memory foam mattress on the bottom and single on the top), dresser and a small closet with hangers. The washer and dryer is just outside the back door in a laundry room with its own entrance. Then for the back yard there is the Hot Tub, a grill, dining table and some lounge chairs.

Great stay for the price

Property was super cute, loved the hot tub and backyard. The living room seating and queen bed were a bit uncomfortable, but it was ok for us as it was so affordable. Shower could use a deep clean, otherwise all else was very clean.

Adorable house with great hosts!

Wonderful place to stay! Clean and adorable! They had everything you could think of available (washing machine detergent, zip loc bags, TP, coffee!). Staying here made it so much easier with the kids and it was in close proximity to everything we needed. Would recommend 100%!

Perfect little getaway

This was a perfect little cottage, set back from the road with a cute backyard. The house was exactly what I needed while visiting family and friends. Centrally located to downtown West Palm and Lakeworth. I contacted the host for something and she immediately took care of it. I look forward to staying here year after year. Great for a long weekend in West Palm

Great location and way better than staying in an area hotel. Jane, the property manager, was helpful and easy to contact/communicate with when answering any questions we had. A little tight for a family of 4 with 1 bathroom but we enjoyed the outdoor space and living room / kitchen that you don’t get by staying in a hotel. Plenty of dining options, beaches and nightlife within 15min of the property. Quick shot to the airport too.

Jane’s house offered a cozy, comfortable and clean environment. The location was great! It was central to absolutely everything. There is a Publix grocery store five minutes away. I did not need to reach out to Jane for anything because her pre-trip communication was clear and her “welcome” printout provided everything you need to know for onset & wrap up.

This house is cute and it was clean. The house is older so it had a couple update issues. The host is very nice and attentive. We utilized the hot tub, it was clean. We had everything needed to cook (nice pots and pans). The area is a little sketchy at first glance but we had no issues and the street was quiet (we stayed on a weekend). I would stay again.

Good place for golf outing

Came down for golf and baseball. Met the needs for our two night visit. We arrived after dark and the location was difficult to find and no outdoor lights to assist. There is no dishwasher, so make sure to take note of that when booking. For our purposes, this was a good place for the quick trip.

Not so quiet on the weekends

Arrived at the property, check in was easy! However, there was a loud party happening on the property directly behind the house. The base was so loud it was rattling dishes in the cupboards and items on the counters - this went on well past when we would have liked to have gone to bed after 3 days of travel. Apparently someone else in the neighborhood had had enough and through eggs at them over the fencing. Party goers thought it was us apparently and called the police, so, on top of 3 days of travel and horribly loud music, we had police knocking on our door at 11:00 at night - OTHERWISE, a great stay.
