Historic 1919 two-story Charleston House offers 2002 sq. ft. of true southern elegance in a self-catering, separately licensed short-term vacation home. Driveway parking near the front door has two 6 1/2″ steps up to the 35″ clear entry with a 1″ threshold.
The home offers gleaming oak hardwood floors, dual 16 SEER HVAC with individual climate control for each level, ceiling fans, a large living room with 65” 4K Roku TV, a formal dining room with Restoration Hardware dining set, a first-floor king bedroom with a large closet, full bath, large kitchen with stainless appliances, counter height breakfast bar (34-36”), 32″ 4K Roku TV, LG washer/dryer, and family room with Bloomie’s sectional and a 65″ K4 Roku TV.
The wood staircase with twin handrails leads to the second floor which has two bedrooms separated by a hallway with a full bathroom with jetted tub/shower combo and LED lighting. The heated saline pool is shared with 5 other listings. It is a very quiet, spacious oasis atmosphere. Each home has a private entrance to the pool area. To open the gate to the pool please pull up on the latch which features a top pull design for added safety so that children cannot reach the latch to open it.

No pets shall be allowed at ANY time. If a pet is found on the Premises, the guest will be charged a pet fee of $200.00 per tenant, payable immediately. If a pet belonging to any member of the rental party, or guest of the rental party, is found to be in the rental or on the porch, the rental agreement is terminated, and the guests will be immediately removed from the property.

Publix is 0.8 miles away from the listing and there are many restaurants that are within walking distance. The beach is within walking distance, but you can use a vehicle to make it a little faster which is about a 6-minute drive. The airport is very close and is an 8-minute drive.
Smoking any substance, vaping, lighting of candles, incense charcoal grills, etc., is prohibited while a vacation rental guest there is a $200 fine if smoking is detected.
Vacation rental guests may request a private barbeque grill and tank in their yard which is available at $75 per week or $150 monthly (please advance arrange by email).
