It included many convenient amenities, as well as thoughtful (personal) touches that were a pleasant surprise and made our stay more enjoyable and relaxing. "Amazing chalet in a perfect location! We loved our stay here. All the facilities were well maintained and all arrangements and instructions were clear. The chalet was also very clean and every detail of the stay was very well thought and organized. The customer service team was excellent and kind enough to call and follow-up to check in on how the checkin went or if we had any questions. Will definitely recommend this place !!"

"We stayed two nights for a wedding in the area and this was a great stay. The house was clean, recent updates all around, comfortable, fully functional with cute kitchen, laundry and a mud room that could be a great asset in the winter. Everyone enjoyed the bonus outdoor shower! Also our dog was welcome! "

"We liked our experience at this cabin and it allowed us to do great activities in the White mountains (my spouse, myself and our dog). The cabin is super cozy and confortable with the heating and AC units. However, we noted 3 downsides that can't give the 5 star review : - General cleanliness was okay, but not great. A good portion of the dishes and cookware were pretty dirty and we had to do a lot of dishes upon arrival. - We wanted to use the kayaks on the lake, but we were just not able to...

"3 families enjoyed our stay at the Tree House! The lay out of the house made it very comfortable for our families to have privacy and plenty of space, while still joining together for meals, games, etc. The kitchen was well stocked. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the pans, etc. We skied and went tubing at Gunstock Mountain. We also went to the Ice Castles in North Woodstock. Wonderful Feb. break...we would recommend this house."

"This cabin was super cute and cozy! Beautiful property and close to everything. Kitchen has a lot to work with for a rental, cockpot and insant pot was a surprise. "Where to begin... The property is as far north in Moultonborough as you can get. It's approximately 12 minutes north of the center of town. The property was not clean, may not have been even broom swept! There was toothpaste on the backsplash of the downstairs sink, the stove had never been cleaned, cobwebs and spiders in various places, stained pillowcases, dishes were left in the dishwasher, the toilet bowls did not appear cleaned either. "Mary Lou was GREAT to work with. She was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to my questions. Unfortunately, we did not get to stay at her beautiful property due to the airlines internet problems in July. Our flight was canceled and we couldn’t reschedule for the weekend. Mary Lou was very sympathetic and tried to help with VRBO but was unable to. We will reserve her house when we travel to New Hampshire in the future. "

"The view was great. It was quiet and is a terrific location for traveling the area for hiking and leaf viewing. The place is like a rustic lake cabin. Dont expect modern finishes or furniture. Clean overall but some carpet stains. Really think they should tell you on the listing that you have to provide your own sheets and towels. I happened to see someone mention it in a review and checked with the owner ahead of our stay. Would hate to arrive after long journey and not have them."
