This beautiful newly listed vacation rental is the perfect spot for your family vacation! This home sits up on a hill and has the most amazing views of Lake Michigan. With modern amenities and spacious floorplan this house is a true one of a kind! The home features a working tram to get you up to the property and there are stairs to get you down to the beach!
The house features 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The bedroom on the main level has a queen bed. The second level has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Bedroom 2 is the Master Bedroom with a king bed and private balcony. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, and bedroom 4 has a queen bed and a crib. Bedroom #5 is on the third level of the house (which is a small loft area) with a twin trundle bed. The lower level has 2 full beds, twin bunk beds, and another full bathroom. The decks provide additional seating and a gas grill for outdoor meals. This is not a pet friendly property.

Historic, affordable, and amusing, the trolley is continually traveling throughout the waterfront and downtown areas dropping you off at any desired location. At the end of the day, grab a blanket to sit on and head to the Waterfront Stadium where the whole family can enjoy the Musical Fountain. This synchronized lights, water, and music show has coined the title "World's Largest." This free show plays nightly at dusk throughout the summer. Holland is located on the shores of Lake Michigan and Lake Macatawa. Here, you can spend your days at Holland State Park where there is plenty of room for family fun along the white, sandy beaches. You and your family can take an excursion to Nelis' Dutch Village, DeKlomp Wooden Shoe Factory, and Veldheer Tulip Gardens. These places will bring you back in time to experience the Netherlands of the 1800's. If you find yourself in Holland the first week of May, be sure to take a look at the over 6 million tulips blooming throughout the city during Tulip Time festival, which was named the "Best Small Town Festival in America" by Reader's Digest Magazine and received USA Today's "2016 Best Flower Festival!"
