"Quick, efficient check in friendly welcome. Plenty of onsite parking. Had the furthest room away from the main area however very comfy, good amenities. The TV kept switching back to the welcome screen thought it was haunted 😂. Really tasty breakfast all in all a good place to stay and will do next time I’m in the area. "

"Overnight stay coming down from Liverpool to London. The hotel was very welcoming and check in very easy. we got to our room via the lift and despite this being a very busy hotel it was very quiet. Choice of pillows "hard or soft" and the mattress was very comfortable. in the morning after a very good nights sleep we found that the Shower was very easy to workout whereas in some hotels we have found it difficult to use the whower or bath. Went down to breakfast and there was an abundance of food...

"It was great.stay over all, however too much noise outside our room which meant we did not get much sleep (people were arguing). Lovely breakfast, clean hotel and lovely professional staff. "

"Had a great stay at the hotel. It was clean and a nice place to relax. Staff are friendly. Loved having dressing gown and slippers in the room. The hotel was mid way between the places we needed to visit so was great. Would definitely go there again. "

"Lovely hotel staff very friendly and helpful we had a meal in the restaurant which was superb. I would definitely stop again. The only problem we had the bedroom window would not close properly unfortunately that nite it was very windy causing a draft."

"Fantastic room, food and facilities - thank you for a great stay (rare to have an extensive spa and bowling alley!). Pay for extra facilities; yet the room rate was relatively cheap. Staff were very nice in some areas but weren’t so friendly at reception when checking in sadly. All-in-all, a good visit!"

"Booked this hotel whilst visiting the University of Northampton open day as it is located right on campus. It wasn't clear where to park and had to be directed by campus security. The hotel is quite modern but lacks atmosphere. We didn't see any other guests during our stay. The complimentary drink on arrival was nice. Breakfast is canteen style in the building opposite. For the price charged, I found the experience very basic."
