"We spent a week at Olive Press and had a fantastic time - Tina and Michael were super helpful with advice of where to go and what to do and generally looking after us whenever we needed anything. We are a family with three teenagers and everyone loved the house and the pool as well as the nearby beaches and walks. Not to mention the tavernas and lovely food. Recommend strongly to go to Elia’s taverna in Agios Nicolaos as well."

"This is a stone summer home with the most magnificent patio/deck on the first floor providing a totally unobstructed view of the Messinian Gulf. Sunsets are stunning from this place. Finding a place with a view of the gulf was our priority this visit, and we found it. The home is rustic, and in February when we stayed it was quite cold but that was no problem for us. The mini split heater worked just fine. There are beds on both levels, we stayed entirely on the 2nd level with the bathroom and a door to the fabulous deck. The inside staircase to the 2nd floor might be a difficulty for persons with mobility challenges but we are both relatively fit 65 year olds and we just ascended and descended slowly and held on to rails. No problem:-). Also, there is a more manageable outdoor staircase that can get you down to ground floor too. No pans in the kitchen (that we could find) for cooking so bring your food. A hot water kettle and drip coffee machine is provided and that was great for us. The owner, Eleni, is a delight. She made check in easy, greeted us our first day, and left us some of her freshly pressed olive oil. There are 2 very friendy girl cats, Kitty and Loco, that kept us company for this visit. We loved our stay here and would stay here again. Thank you Eleni!"

"The residence was acceptable and did have amazing sunset views, and the property manager was lovely, but the photos and information were deceptive. The second WC was just a toilet in a broom closet (the photo showed the primary bathroom and not the actual second bathroom). Also, our decision to stay there was motivated by the information That it was a short walk to a bakery and restaurant. This is not the case. You must drive for all amenities. Not a deal breaker, but likely would have altered our decision to stay there. "
