"Though the property is out of the way and not super easy to find, it is a lovely little space with all the basic comforts. The owner is very responsive to any needs, and you can even schedule meal service with her if you like. There is fabulous A/C inside and a welcoming fire pit out front to enjoy. You also have your choice of a futon in the living room, a super soft queen bed, and a nice firm king bed. Make sure to look for the red barn-like home on the property, since we got confused and...

"Was a beautiful property but had quite a few things that needed to be fixed. Light bulbs out in pantry, and master shower. Shelf off in master shower. Had to set toiletries on floor. Very inconvenient. Toilet seat in main floor bathroom was loose. Kept sliding to side when you sat down. Towel racks in all baths missing. TABLE WAS RUCKETY PATIO TABLE BROKEN. Needs TLC"

"We had an amazing stay at Margaritavilla! Communication was excellent from the start. House was very clean and comfortable for our group of 6 adults and 8 young kids. The view is incredible, the house was well supplied, and the kiddos loved the rope swing into the lake. "
