"We were two couples touring cape breton; the Collingwood villa was a great place to regroup and rest for 2 days ; place had amazing pristine beach and beautiful sunsets; great spot to visit the local attractions in Mabou and Port Hood . Definitely a must stay if your in the area ; and a bonus wss thw 10 /lbs lobster down tje road "

"The view of inverness and the golf course was stunning. A nice large yard for the kids to play and dog to run around. Private house that had sufficient space from neighbours. The air conditioning is in the main area and one bedroom only, so the other rooms felt hot to sleep. I would not recommend any more than 12 people in terms of rooms and beds. It is an older house so we did run into a few issues with hot water, but the host was very responsive."

"Two sets of family stayed at this property and it was more than enough room. The house was very clean and tidy and a comfortable space. Kitchen was stocked with the essentials and all bathrooms had plenty of soap, paper towel and toilet paper. The host was super friendly and helpful. They were very quick to respond to inquiries and helpful recommendations. Overall, the property met our needs and we really enjoyed our stay. Over"

"Beautiful, very peaceful and well equipped property. Kayaking on the lake was fantastic, as was spending time BBQ’ing and relaxing on the deck. The only negative was that, while the master bed was great, the bed on the second bedroom was not. But, as a property at which to disconnect and decompress, it was fantastic. "

"Lovely spacious living area. Nicely laid out floor plan, 3 bedrooms at end of hallway. Well-appointed kitchen with Keurig and Nespresso machines, all cooking necessities such as pots and pans, plastic wrap, salt pepper oil. Comfortable beds and crisp cotton bedding very nice. Smallish rooms no closets no drawers to store clothes. There is a clothes rack with hangers, but no suitcase bench, basically put your suitcase on the floor and live out of it. Plenty of towels. No curtains or shades, no...

"Could not use bbq it was covered in old dirty fat/grease, cooker was old electric with no roasting pans supplied, fireplace was broken and could not be used, shower taps and head were loose and toilet flush was ify, overall the cabins were nice but the installations were old and the layout was not thought out eg you have to move all the furniture to watch the tv. Probably would not use a again overpriced for what is was"

"This is a great house, with tons of space. Ample indoor dining and living space was augmented by a pleasant yard. Easy to find, within walking distance of a grocery and coffee stand, across from the famed Red Shoe, this was also a good homebase for visits to west coast beaches (and sunsets) the national park and other island attractions. Host is kind and friendly, as were the neighbors. All in all - a wonderful experience. I hope we can return some day."
