We were a group of old friends, so a lack of privacy was not a big issue for us, but I could see where it would be for some individuals. If you're concerned about privacy, ask for more pictures."

Definitely was skeptical since it is next to a cemetery but honestly didn’t feel like it at all once you were inside. Great stay and great communication from the host. Would definitely stay again!"

It was less than 10 minutes from the conference venue and provided room for everyone to come together for meals yet also have space when decompression was required. Most VRBO hosts provide check-in and check-out information at the same time, 48-72 hours ahead of time. We didn't receive information until the day before, which would be our only recommendation - provide all of the details at once and a little earlier so that group communication...
