"The front office personnel was excellent. When checking out the balcony, we’ve noticed the white curtain was falling, which isn’t going to be the problem with the blacked out curtains present. Either way, that should’ve been fixed? There are drinks on the first floor and snacks that you can get using a self-checkout. However, we checked a couple of floors prior, and there are misleading signs that show ice and vending machines, but there is only ice machines. Overall, is a really good hotel. Would stay here again!"

The lobby held a few games and snack options that were handy, and the service I received was prompt, professional, and friendly, including an email confirmation that I could have a pack and play ready upon my arrival. "
