"Lovely quiet area. We had all that we needed. I did see the picture of the rental, and on me that I didn’t consider the stairs to the apartment. We are 76-79 and when wet the stair were a bit scary for us."

"The house very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The unit was very clean and just like the photos. Check in was very simple and quick. The surrounding area was very quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. The only improvement i would suggest is the shower. There is an over 1 foot step up into the shower. Not bad on the way in but difficult on the way out. The handle on the wall helps. One step would solve the issue. Overall we loved it. "

"We came for the night and the location was perfect. In walking distance to bars and restaurants. Clean, easy, no complaints. If there is a game/event at the XL Center then you should know that on-street parking may be difficult. This isn't a problem, just something to be aware of."

"We needed a place for our family of 6 to stay while visiting family in the area. This place was exactly what we needed, as advertised, and the owner was quick with communications. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a great time at Highland Lake. The apartment was so comfortable, and larger than I would have thought from the description. It was convenient to town - the teens loved access to DQ, pizza shops, etc just a few minutes away. There were kayaks and a paddleboat we could borrow, which I somehow missed in the description - nice pluses! The lake access from the dock was perfect. Memorable & Trip of a childs lifetime!!

"This vacation waa a last minute change of plans. 13 year old Daughters birthday. She researched and picked the hotel, and she ended up changing our whole trip, We were supposed to go north, ended up going south. Noone will believe there was a Santa convention that weekend, & she was invited into the group and into the workshop class. Who better to trust your child to but a room full of REAL SANTAS and MRS. CLAUS'? Thank You "Santa True"."
